A friend and I drove up to Santa Rosa to see a speaking event at the very near by Wells Fargo Center for the Arts. We had a reservation but somehow had never heard of Willi's and had no idea what to expect. As my friend dipped truffled fries in bone marrow we toasted a brilliant pre-Anthony Bourdain meal.
