After posing this question on Twitter, it was revealed that the Wise Sons Deli stand at the Tuesday farmers' market sells the Montreal-style bagels from Beauty's Bagel Shop (based in Oakland--https://www.facebook.com/beautysbagelshop?sk=wall).
